Active networking via social media (XING, LinkedIn, etc.)
Development of new strategies for candidate acquisition and employee retention
Development of job descriptions and creation of qualified candidate profiles
Independent planning, conducting and evaluating of applicant interviews
Contribution of ideas in the area of personnel marketing and trade fairs
