The _
Front Desk Agent _is responsible for checking in and out all guests and discussing all amenities. They are to field all guest requests, questions, comments, concerns, and complaints. Ensure that the guests' needs and desires are met to the company's best ability. They are expected to readily know all hotel details such as room type, restaurants and bars information, and history.

3 years customer service and Hotel Front Desk experience preferred.

This is a Part Time Seasonal position.


Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Greet, checkin, and checkout hotel guests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist guests with all requests, questions, comments, concerns, and complaints.
  • Address guest issues when able and appropriate; refer to management when needed.
  • Answer and field phone calls.
  • Supply department heads with applicable reports, numbers, and information as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

$18.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • Weekends as needed

Work setting:

  • Inperson

Experience:


  • Hotel front desk: 3 years (preferred)
Customer Service: 3 years (preferred)
