Minimum Qualifications:

Duties:

Provides overall management and leadership for state-of-the-art employment services for Chesterfield County citizens with developmental disabilities. Leads planning, implementation and on-going evaluation and effectiveness of Chesterfield Employment Services. Manage both human and financial resources that include over 90 staff and 200 individuals.

Actively participate in professional organizations in the field that will influence monetary, legislative outcomes that benefit the individuals or services provided.

Perform other work as required.
