Position Summary:


The Receptionist/Assistant will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

This role is vital to maintaining the smooth operation of our office and supporting the commercial lending team in various tasks.

We pay base salary plus commission bonus on the loan you process, good money


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and providing information as needed.
  • Manage the office calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of documents for client meetings and presentations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area and office.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Provide administrative support to the lending team, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and office operations.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Prior experience in the financial or real estate industry is a plus.

$ $18.00 per hour
