    SR. BA

    Boston. MA - Merrimack / NH New Jersey / NJ Raleigh / NC Westlake / TX - 2 week on site per month

    Proficient in conducting business analysis, writing requirements, designing, maintaining dynamic solutions & translating strategic objectives into action.
    Required Skills -Collaborated with database and solution architects to develop new solutions, creating relevant artifacts to deliver a functional specification, while conducting data mapping & data modeling exercise of new requirements
    Proficient in defining user stories to successfully execute on define-build-test cycles.
    strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills


    Job Duties -conduct business analysis, write requirements, design, maintain dynamic solutions & translate strategic objectives into action.


    Job Requirements -College graduate in a technical degree that is driven to meet, or exceed, expectations.
    Transferable expertise in post trade lifecycle for Equity & Derivatives products.
    Knowledge of basic accounting principles (GAAP).
    Desired Skills & Experience -Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (AWS) and SaaS platforms a plus
    Deep understanding of Agile development methodology
    Ability to research and learn new technologies.
    Proficient using Confluence & JIRA
    Experience working with geographically distributed teams
    Ability to think strategically and accept technical direction.
