Good morning,

We have purchased a house built in 1989. It is a 260 square meter house divided into two floors.

We are looking for a company to carry out a complete renovation and manage current subsidies for energy efficiency.

Ground floor: it is currently unfinished, with exposed pipes, and is intended for a garage with no divisions. We want a project to create a bathroom with a laundry room, divide the rooms, open up windows to the garden, and create a covered porch.

The areas we are planning to renovate urgently are:

Roof: we have a slightly deteriorated asbestos roof, and our idea is to seal it with foam or rock wool and put tiles on top.

Windows: replacing single aluminum windows with PVC windows.

Facade insulation: we are considering injecting mineral fiber into the cavity.

Plumbing, boiler, and electricity.

Garage door: installation of a sectional door with ceiling opening.
