Human Resources Controller

Full-time or Part-time | Permanent | Human Resources Department

Your responsibilities:

As a
Human Resources Controller, you will be the main contact person for the Head of Human Resources as well as our clinics and departments, particularly for ongoing workforce planning and recruitment.

You will work closely with the financial controlling team to ensure proper allocation of our personnel to the respective funding sources.

You will actively seek out potential improvements in our controlling processes and support in visualizing key performance indicators (KPIs), which you will also advise our managers on.

Data preparation and analysis will be part of your routine tasks.

Together with your team colleagues, you will keep track of the most important resource at our hospital - our personnel.

We are looking for:

Independent, conceptual work and a high level of integrity and commitment.
You possess strong analytical thinking skills and effective communication abilities tailored to different audiences, as well as a structured and organized work style.
You are proficient in common MS Office tools, especially MS Excel, and ideally also have experience with SAP.
Knowledge of the collective bargaining agreements commonly used at the university hospital (TV-L, TVöD, TVÄrzte) is advantageous.
Ideally, you have professional experience in human resources controlling in the public sector.
