The city of Minden is currently seeking to fill a training position as an automotive mechatronics technician specializing in commercial vehicle technology at Northvale.

Requirements for application include a high school diploma or technical college entrance qualification, and proof of German language proficiency at level B2.

In addition, candidates should possess an interest in technology, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in automotive workshops after completing the 3.5-year training program.

Part-time options are available with a minimum of 30 hours per week, but attendance at vocational school and other training sessions is mandatory.

The training program will begin on August 1st of each year and will consist of practical training at the company's premises, theoretical education at the Leo-Sympher vocational school in Minden, and additional training courses.

The curriculum will cover topics such as filing, drilling, turning, welding, hydraulic and brake system maintenance, sheet metal and painting work, vehicle inspections, and exhaust gas testing.

The salary for the apprenticeship will be euros per month in the first year, euros per month in the second year, euros per month in the third year, and euros per month in the fourth year, plus annual bonuses and benefits.
