• Import and Export Ocean & Air operations
• Sales/Customer Service
• Warehousing operations
• Negotiate rates with carriers/vendors
• Leverage relations with overseas agents/partner/clients
• Key account management
• Hire, train, manager, guide, support, and motivate staff
• Understand, address, and resolve issues that arise in daytoday operation according to Company Policy & State Regulations
• Promote culture of positive and exemplary customer service
• Human Resources
• Communicate with Upper Management on various business actions
• Salary: $80,000 to start

• Extensive Import operation knowledge required (Consol/FCL)
• Minimum of 4 years of NVOCC/freight forwarding industry with management experience
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, presentations)
• Proficient computer skills: Microsoft (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF,& Outlook)
• Strong leadership ability to include employee engagement/team building.
• Strong ability to develop, coach, train, and mentor staff to success
• Ability to take ownership and drive station solutions independently
• Salesfocused; can balance the needs of current clients while bringing new business on board
• Ability to handle daytoday issues pertaining to specific shipments, clients, personnel management, and general branch activities.
