Processing orders, order entry, delivery and invoicing
Handling complaints

Telephone customer service

Profile:

Successfully completed commercial training, such as industrial clerk (m/f/d)
Knowledge in order processing is an advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office
Good knowledge of English
