Description
This position will support the analysis and integrity of data for outcome performance metrics. The position uses expertise in analytics, clinical data systems and statistics to ensure a continuous process of quality assurance.
The position requires a solid foundation of statistics, data analysis, quality control documentation, some programming and the ability to communicate and problem solve within a collaborative framework.
This position supports the Performance Improvement Department and works with a broad range of clinical information to support managers, administrators and regulatory bodies regarding electronic data.

Bachelor's Degree in IT, CIS, or Finance or equivalent educ/experience
2 years of related database experience in IT, CIS or Finance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Visual Basic experience. SQL report programming. MediTech and NPR programming background.
1 year Accreditation/Licensing/
Regulatory Readiness:
Experience supporting Quality Improvement.

Pay Range:
$38.57
- $61.05
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
