Job Duties include but are not limited to.Greeting patients in a positive professional manner in person and on the phone.
Checking patients in and out which includes:
Verifying personal information.
Obtaining insurance information, photo id.
Collect any copay or account balances when required.
Scheduling future appointment, rescheduling appointments already made.
Building new patient charts and sending out consult paperwork prior to appointments.
Assist in making sure that the patient waiting room is clean and patient user friendly.
Answering phones, creating patient-initiated triages.
Pay:
$ $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
