We are a virtual firm that helps our client families navigate estates through probate court with our Virtual Proven Process. Our team operates almost entirely virtually to serve the families we work with. Rutkowski Law Firm is based out of the Bloomfield Hills area but serves client families throughout the state of Michigan.

Compensation:$50,000+ yearly
Responsibilities:We are looking for an experienced probate paralegal to join our team. This person will be responsible for managing probate cases and helping to grow and shape our probate department. As a key member of our legal team, this individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of probate and estate administration with the assistance and supervision of an attorney working in the firm's estate planning line of service. This will include drafting legal documents, preparing court filings, and meeting with/communicating expectations to clients.
