Our firm is currently seeking an individual to join our team as an innovative, entry-level Client Relations Coordinator. We combine divergent skill sets and services to create integrated sales campaigns and compelling customer experiences.

We know the importance of connecting brands with their audience, which is why we utilize our expertise and knowledge to help our clients plan and enter into new and existing markets.

Our focus is on creating new customers and retaining the current consumer base through personal interactions. We have found success in adding a personal touch to the consumer experience.

As an entry-level team member, the Client Relations Coordinator will be responsible for connecting client services to the local community, discussing the best options for potential customers, and assisting them through the sales process.

This person should be consumer-centric and possess impeccable communication, organization, interpersonal skills, and entry-level knowledge of customer service.

A Successful Client Relations Coordinator will:

  • Initiate direct communication with members of the community to discuss client products and services and incite the sales process
  • Think like a customer
- what would you like to know about the clients' offers, and how would it improve your current situation?

  • Master all client product and service knowledge as needed as an Client Relations Coordinator
  • Answer any consumer questions and representing the client according to all compliant guidelines
  • Approach sales with a confident and knowledgeable attitude
  • Attend daily team planning meetings and entrylevel Client Relations Coordinator training to contribute individual ideas and collaborate on sales, market, and engagement observations and strategy
  • Provide feedback to clients on how to better improve marketing processes
  • Work closely with other Client Relations Coordinators and senior team members to trade best practices
  • A Higher education degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Entrylevel knowledge and experience working in a customerdriven environment
  • A love for learning and a want to go above and beyond
  • Have excellent organizational skills and be able to communicate effectively with other Client Relations Coordinators, sales representatives, and customer service professionals
  • An innovative spirit and resilient attitude

Pay:
$45, $55,000.00 per year


Shift:

  • 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Work setting:

  • Inperson
