Description
Day Shift: 6:00 AM-2:30 PMFacility Maintenance II at
Ditch Witch:
This position will cover Fleet Maintenance, working primarily on material handling equipment.
Safely operate various equipment, powered and manual, to maintain company equipment.
Possess good mechanical skills.
Help maintain company equipment of all types.
Be willing to work overtime as needed.
Meet or exceed quality and safety expectations.
Use of personal protective equipment including safety glasses, steel toe shoes, and hearing protection.
Physical hazards such as powered vehicle, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic, pressurized gases and liquids, sharp objects, falling objects, moving machinery, electrical arc-welding equipment, and materials handling.
Working with hazardous materials, including fuels, solvents, oils, grease, paints, cleaners, and pressurized gases and fluids.Demonstrate appropriate reading, clerical, and basic math skills.
Have a good work record, including indications of strong self-motivation, reliable attendance, attention to quality, ability to learn new skills, and a cordial, cooperative personality.
