Description

Duties:

Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and vendors
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
Manage project budget and track expenses
Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
Communicate with clients and provide regular updates on project status

Experience:

Earthwork needs to be a specialty. Were looking for someone to oversee, guide, teach, and be a positive leader for the crew. Willing to stay late and come in early when necessary.
Must have a working knowledge of GPS Systems in the Earthwork field.

Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry

Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
