Requirements:
- Minimum 1year experience as a Maintenance Manager in a skilled nursing facility
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of maintenance
- Coordinate department operations and personnel
- Inspect equipment and facility for performance, safety, and upkeep
- Manage maintenance staff schedules and responsibilities
- Maintain records of repairs, warranties, and inspections
- Ensure compliance with legal standards
- Supervise the completion of necessary repairs and updates
- Ability to respond to emergency calls
