The residential community is a growing network of diverse housing and support services in Recklinghausen. Many people with assistance needs benefit from the combination of numerous facilities, outpatient services, and inclusive offerings.


What You Will Do:


  • As part of the management team of the residential community, you will be responsible for various residential areas within the community as a department head.
  • In particular, the operational management of professional, organizational, and personnel processes will be at the center of your responsibilities.
  • You will support the teams within the department with professional advice, leadership, and management.
  • This will ensure the responsible development and provision of opportunities for the participation of clients, as well as the management of work schedules and coordination with other areas of the residential community.
  • You will be responsible for two groups and night shifts.
