- Familiarity with CRM platforms (if you can keep up with all of your connections on Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, and LinkedIn you are familiar with CRM platforms)

- Able to work flexible schedules, which will include Saturdays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work daily

Our customers come to us because they want to buy a car, we don't need to sell them a car. The goal is to move customers from wanting to buy a car to driving away in a new car as simple and seamless as possible.
Our team works alongside the owners and leaders that built the company daily. Nobody is ever asked to do something that the owners and leaders would not or have not done themselves. The voice and opinions of our team are heard and matter daily.
