    Responsibilities

    •Develop and implement your own initiatives and aggressive sales strategies to grow your sales territory.

    •Cultivate relationships with potential customers, converting leads into loyal clients and generating positive online reviews.

    •Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

    •Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through to project completion.

    •Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and exceed targets.

    •Inspect roofs to determine the best solution for the property owner.

    •Work with insurance companies and adjusters as required.

    •Represent Valcore Roofing with professionalism and integrity at all times.

    •Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events as requested.

    Qualifications

    •Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Account managers are responsible for handling payments from customers therefore only applicants of the highest moral caliber will be considered.

    •Must have a valid driver's license, a cell phone, and a reliable vehicle with insurance.

    Skills that are helpful but not required:

    •Roofing or construction experience

    •Previous sales experience
