dnata Cargo GmbH is a service company in the field of air freight handling at Cologne/Bonn Airport, the third largest cargo airport in Germany.

At the hub of various cargo airlines and express service providers, we operate as a regulated agent at the Cologne Bonn Cargo Center with a storage area of 12,000 sqm and direct access to the security area.

In the field of cargo handling, we specialize in physical and documentary air freight handling. In addition, we also ensure the proper handling and transfer of various goods.

Responsibilities


These are your tasks with us:

  • Managing personnel files and maintaining master data
  • Participation in digitizing personnel files
  • Issuing certificates
  • Assisting in the creation of various statistics and reports
  • Ordering process
  • Maintenance of the time recording system including absences
  • Creating employment contracts and terminations according to specifications
  • Support in the on and offboarding process
  • Support in preparatory activities for payroll
  • Support in applicant management
  • Monitoring of deadlines and appointments
Qualifications


This is what we expect from you:

  • Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable commercial training, preferably also for beginners
  • Excellent German language
