We, the Mintrop Hotels, are a family-run hotel company with three hotels in the heart of the Ruhr area. We also have the Mintrops Cooking School and a certified organic herb, fruit, and vegetable landscape spanning over 10,000m2.

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum requirements: completion of secondary school and minimum age of 16
  • Creativity and willingness to perform

  • Quick comprehension
  • Organizational and sales talent
  • Interest in food and beverages
  • Physical stamina - you will be on your feet a lot and may need to carry heavy serving trays in the restaurant
