Job Description

  • Supervision and development of the compensation team
  • Responsibility for proper payroll processing, including all related processes
  • Operational work and support for the team
  • Project responsibility and participation in digitalization
  • Optimization of operational processes

Your Profile

  • Commercial education/degree
  • Several years of experience in compensation
  • Leadership experience
  • Project experience
  • Ideally, knowledge of LOGA and ASES
