Team Leader for Building Construction - Program/Project Management (PPM) (m/f/d)
Berlin, Frankfurt am Main, Munich, Düsseldorf

As our
Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing one of our teams with a focus on project management, program management, and consulting.

Your preferred location will be
Berlin or
Frankfurt am Main, but with flexible and self-organized work, you may also work remotely or from our offices in
Düsseldorf or
Munich.

This role offers you:

Technical and disciplinary team leadership, as well as multidisciplinary collaboration with our other departments
Strategic development of the team and its service offerings, with a focus on program and project management
Maintaining existing client relationships and building new ones
Managing national and international projects in all phases
Supporting multidisciplinary inhouse teams in implementing general planning projects
Overseeing planning projects through all phases according to the AHO performance profile
Leading representation of clients and their
