Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, managing calendars, and scheduling appointments
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
  • Prepare reports, memos, and other documents
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports
  • Provide support in organizing meetings and events
  • Assist with proofreading and editing documents
  • Act as a personal assistant to executives when needed
  • Provide excellent customer support to clients and visitors

Experience:


  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
  • Strong proofreading and editing skills
  • Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
  • Experience working in a medical office is preferred but not required

Skills:


  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently
