1. Our Spanish company, 3dled, is looking to purchase LED materials from a company in Urbancrest, OH. As we are a company outside of Mexico, do we still need to pay Mexican VAT?
2. We plan to sell these materials to Promo Espacio, a Mexican company, with a margin. Should we invoice them with Spanish VAT or not?
3. Our CFO has mentioned that we cannot buy materials from Mexico and sell them in Mexico without taking them out of the country, as we are a Spanish company. Is this true? I find it hard to believe.
