Job responsibilities
- Competent and service-oriented contact person for IT support
- Recording, processing, and solving of malfunctions and service requests in our ticket system
- Client management for our computers, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals
- Administration, configuration, and documentation of the existing IT infrastructure, e.g. user and rights management
- Collaboration in the continuous improvement of the internal IT infrastructure
- Creation and maintenance of documentation for support processes
Requirements
- Completed training as an IT system specialist, IT specialist, IT management assistant, or equivalent. Career changers with several years of experience in IT support are also welcome.
- You possess a high level of customer orientation, flexibility, and team spirit
- Analytical, structured, and independent work is a matter of course for you
- Sound knowledge of the MS operating system and Office product family
- Experience with ITSM/ticket systems
- Knowledge and experience in the field of network and system administration are advantageous
- Ideally, you already have knowledge of DATEV and document management systems
- An ITIL certification is advantageous
