- Maintenance oPerform troubleshooting on service calls to existing and legacy system operators. oPerform hardware / software upgrades and replacements on existing systems. Managerial Responsibilities

- Personnel Management oAssigns technical tasks and coordinates with entry-level engineers oAssigns tasks and coordinates with Technical Staff Field Experience
