Your contribution:


  • Creating cost estimates, quotes, and tracking them as part of order processing
  • Processing orders for consumables and accessories
  • Handling customer inquiries (clinics, doctors, service providers)
  • Customer support and sales assistance
  • Collaboration with our field sales and technical employees according to territory allocation
  • General administrative tasks and correspondence

What you bring:


  • Completed commercial training
  • First experience in order processing
  • Binding and competent appearance as well as communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Enjoyment of telephone contact with customers
  • Independent, structured, and pragmatic way of working
  • Commitment, independent work, and integrity
