Your responsibilities
These are your tasks
- Independently managing the pastry department
- Production & preparation of desserts, cakes & sweets
- Plating & presenting for á la carte, menu & buffet
- Receiving & checking goods, proper storage of goods
- Continuous quality control & assurance in the F&B area
Working models: Full-time, with a 4- or 5-day week
Working hours: 8:00am-4:30pm or 1:30pm-10:00pm, also possible on a rotating schedule

- Good German language skills (knowledge of English is an advantage)
