Caregiver
Job Overview
We are looking for a caregiver to take care of an elderly relative.
Caregiver responsibilities include seeing to the needs of the elderly, anticipating needs and problems, reporting any unexpected occurrences, as well as, a general willingness to do caregiving tasks around the house.
Caregiver Responsibilities Include:
- Assist patient with daily living activities including but not limited to:
- Meal preparation/feeding
- Grooming and dressing
- Positioning and moving
- Light housekeeping
- Laundry and linen washing
- Bathing / shaving
- Transferring and positioning
- Incontinence care
- Dispensing medication
- Oral hygiene
- Maintain a regular flow of contact between caregiver and employer. Be available by phone during the working shift.
Caregiver Requirements Include:
- At least 18 years old
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Reliable Transportation
- Experience in caregiving
- Physically able to assist with transferring and positioning
- Compliance to drug screening
- Compliance to background screening (no criminal record)
Location/Site Conditions:
- On-Site (Willis, Texas)
- Patient's residence
- 24 hour video monitoring
Job Type:
- Contract / 1099
Pay:
- $180 per shift
