Adventurers, go-getters, and world-changers wanted Starting August 1st, 2023, we are looking for 12 participants (m/f/d) for a:

Voluntary Social Year FSJ / BFD:

for the care of people with support needs or for our INCLUSIVE DAYCARE FOR ALL:
The Rauhe Haus is a diakonic organization. We are close to the people. We stand for the values of social work. We are committed to innovative developments.

We are looking for energetic support at various locations from southern Schleswig-Holstein to central Hamburg.

We offer a variety of fields of work, from supporting people with disabilities, people with mental illnesses, to our inclusive daycare.

Our teams consist of different professional groups and are characterized by a high level of commitment to our clients. You can expect exciting tasks and a pleasant working environment with us.


Your profile

  • You are already of legal age and have completed school.
  • You are interested in gaining first experiences in social work.
  • You have a great openness towards our client groups.
  • You have been living in Germany for at least one year.
  • You have a recognized German language certificate B
  • You enjoy working independently and are very reliable.
  • A class B driver's license would be nice.

Your tasks

  • Support with care tasks such as accompanying to doctor's appointments
  • Support with light nursing and/or household tasks
