    Title: Athletic Trainer - Mountain Brook HS

    Location: Mountain Brook, AL

    Status: Part-time


    This role involves collaborating with the athletic director, coaches, physicians, and Affiliate Director to establish strong relationships with local physicians and provide top-notch care to every athlete. The focus is on hands-on care, directing athletes to the right resources, and integrating the sports medicine program effectively.


    Responsibilities:

    • Work onsite at the affiliate, offering comprehensive care to athletes and monitoring rehabilitation plans.
    • Manage the affiliate relationship, fostering a positive work environment and achieving favorable outcomes through communication.
    • Engage in ATI foundation activities, demonstrating the ATI spirit to athletes, coaches, and the community.
    • Collaborate with Physical Therapists and clinicians on athlete treatment during formal PT care.

    Qualifications:

    • Exceptional customer service skills, capable of multitasking and providing a remarkable experience to all.
    • A determined mindset to achieve work goals and emotionally invest in the role.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of Athletic Training and industry trends.
    • Strong time management and attention to detail for accurate injury documentation.
    • Flexibility to travel between affiliates, events, and clinics, including evening and weekend availability.
    • Completion of accredited pre-professional and professional study in Athletic Training.
    • Certification by the National Athletic Trainers Association Board and current state licensure in good standing.
