    Athletic Trainer Support:

    • Collaborative and supportive work environment with coaches, athletic trainers, physicians, and ATI physical therapists.

    • Independence to create Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention programs with Athletes and Coaches.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide onsite comprehensive care for athletes, including preventative interventions, injury assessment, rehabilitation, and return-to-sport readiness.
    • Manage rehabilitation treatment plans specific to athletes and injuries.
    • Cultivate positive relationships with affiliates and stakeholders through effective communication.
    • Facilitate rehabilitation transitions with ATI's PT/OT services for a safe return to sport.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training, Master's Degree preferred.
    • State licensure, Basic Life Support, and AED Certification.
    • BOC certified or eligible for BOC exam.
    • Strong communication and coachability skills.
