Responsibilities:
- Provide armed security services to protect personnel, property, and assets
- Conduct patrols and monitor premises to prevent unauthorized access or activities
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations in a timely manner
- Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure safety and security
- Perform access control duties, including verifying identification and conducting searches
- Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious behavior or incidents
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed
Skills:
- Conflict management: Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- First aid: Knowledge of basic first aid techniques to provide immediate medical assistance if needed
- Loss prevention: Understanding of loss prevention strategies and techniques to minimize theft or damage
- Law enforcement: Familiarity with laws, regulations, and procedures related to security and law enforcement activities
- Surveillance: Proficiency in using surveillance equipment and techniques to monitor activities and identify potential threats
- Certificate: Possession of relevant certifications or licenses for armed security guard positions
- CPR: Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) for emergency response situations
- Military experience: Previous military service or experience is a plus
- CCTV: Familiarity with closed circuit television systems for monitoring purposes
Pay:
$ $15.00 per hour
