    Job Summary

    The Document Controls Manager is responsible for the development of all Renewables & Energy Solutions (RES) documentation, electronic systems, publications and presentations aligned with all aspects of Project Management.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Create project plans and lead diverse teams in the development/review and update of all required documentation (for electronic and published materials) and project planning including but not limited to manuals, processes, procedures and protocols.
    • Manage the performance of several employees/contractors in accordance with PSE&G Procurement approved guidelines and best practices including: developing project requirements, reviewing scope of work/resumes and hiring, evaluating and coaching.
    • Create, develop and present strong presentations and communications to the Senior Leadership Team.
    • Develop roll-out strategies for change management where and when required, for all new documentation, new procedures, new standards, new guidelines.
    • Develop and track budget effectiveness/efficiency involving all documentation programs.
    • Develop strategy/system for monitoring and evaluating implementation of procedures and standards, need for changes, timelines for reviews.

    Job Specific Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Engineering.
    • Minimum 8 years of Utility Operations experience.
    • Demonstrated experience documenting operational processes, policies, and procedures.
    • Demonstrated leadership, negotiation and persuasive management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Masters/MBA
    • Experience to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and diverse environment
