- Use estimation software and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Bid Preparation:
- Compile and submit comprehensive bids and proposals for plumbing projects.
- Ensure all bids are submitted on time and meet client requirements.
- Vendor and Subcontractor Coordination:
- Solicit and review quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive rates.
- Budgeting and Cost Control:
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets.
- Monitor costs during project execution to ensure adherence to the budget.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and detailed estimates.
- Communicate effectively with clients to clarify project requirements and address any concerns.
- Documentation and Reporting:

- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in plumbing estimating within the construction industry.

- Skills:

- Proficient in estimation software (e.g., ProEst, PlanSwift, or similar tools).
