At Plowman Kitchen and Bath, we make our customers' homes and work places work better. We offer a wide range of home improvement solutions mainly focused on Kitchen and Bathroom remodeling.

In this role, you will be expected to work on job sites and be responsible for delivering finished projects on time and on budget.

Depending on the scope of the job, you will be working independently or have a helper on the job assisting in your duties.

• Maintaining a safe working environment for yourself, and fellow employees.
• A strong history in kitchen and bath remodeling.
• Experienced in working with customers and navigating disagreements.
• Experience in carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electrical, tile work, and painting.
• Demonstrated experience keeping a schedule and working autonomously.
• Ability to read blueprints / elevations.
• Supporting sales team in project estimates.
• Possess a teaching mentality to pass down to apprentices.
• Strong team mentality, and coaching ability with less experienced employees

• Customer centric service when working on job sites.
• Highly detail oriented.
• Expert in finish carpentry (crown molding / cabinet installation etc.)
• Kitchen + Bath plumbing and electrical experience
• Tile and flooring experience
• Ability to work with a team and independently.
• Own transportation to and from job sites.
• Own tools for jobs.
• Preferred

• Previous business ownership experience.

Qualifications:

• Education_

• High School Diploma required.
• Advanced / Technical training preferred.
• Experience_

• 10+ years on the job experience in general remodeling

• Compensation will be dependent on current experience level. $30 $34 / hr.
• Time and a half overtime.
• Health Care or Vehicle stipend.
• 8 paid holidays
• 10 paid time off days (annual accrual)
• Quarterly profitsharing program when business targets are met / exceeded.
