- Acts as subject matter expert for Power Generation Maintenance Planning.
- Applies broad expertise and advanced knowledge to wide-ranging issues.
- May act as a team lead and provide direction to less experienced employees.
- Ability to read manufactures books, guidance documents and or procedures to extract maintenance practices on equipment for maintenance plan development
- Develop specific Hydro Work Management Planning Templates for maintenance plan development
- Provide guidance as needed multiple SAP user groups.
- Develop and or update work management user guides.
- Communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences using a variety of media to influence decisions.
- Integrates industry knowledge related to data into everyday business practices and decision making.
- Provides others with guidance around industry regulatory and compliance considerations.
- Creates new and complex data models to facilitate business decisions.
- Provides options or direction for Power Generation on Work Methods and Procedure issues.
- Performs in-depth quality assurance on maintenance plans
- Works with department supervisors and manager to develop reports to track key performance indicators to ensure business objectives are met.
- Focuses on continuous improvement of department.
- Fill in for department supervisors and manager as needed.
- May be assigned oversight duties in PowerBase
- Travel within the hydro service territory will be required from time to time
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in business
- 8 years of related experience or equivalent
- Job related experience in the below: Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (SAP) Maintenance Planning Operations Maintenance
- Ability to influence leaders inside and outside of the department through data analysis, insights and recommendations
- Ability to lead large and complex projects working with cross-functional teams
- Adept at addressing issues with diplomacy and tact
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills (Written, Visual and Verbal)

Position Summary
Headquarters flexible throughout the PG&E Power Generation service territory.
Hybrid: 25%-30% in the field, 25%-30% in the office, 40%-50% at home (must be in California).
A reasonable salary range is:
Bay Area Minimum: $122,000
Bay Area Maximum: $194,000
&/OR
California Minimum: $116,000
California Maximum: $184,000
Manages different aspects of the Power Generating Maintenance Planning Department with a focus on Work Methods and Procedures.
