Purpose and objective of the position
Option Eins GmbH is your personnel service provider with many years of experience in temporary employment and personnel placement in the industrial-technical and commercial sector.
Responsibilities:
- Independent and timely preparation of monthly payroll
- Recording and maintenance of personnel master data and variable data
- Support with tax and social security issues
- Correspondence with internal and external partners, authorities, social security institutions, etc.
- Processing of reporting and certification procedures
- Point of contact for employees and managers
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training
- Experience in payroll processing
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Independent and trustworthy work ethic
- Commitment, reliability, cooperation, and teamwork skills
