Training locations

The practical training takes place at the Hansgrohe locations in Schiltach and Offenburg.

Which departments/areas will you get to know?


During the basic studies (semesters 1-4), you will be taught the essential engineering basics of mechanical engineering, such as design, mechanics, fluid mechanics, or materials science, in theory and practice.

In the specialization "Design and Development," you will gain in-depth knowledge in the field of mechanical engineering, specializing in design areas as well as the testing and tooling design departments of a company.

Depending on the specialization, each of our students receives an individual rotation plan for the practical phases. Areas such as research and development, design, and tooling design will be covered. There, you will experience the daily business up close and take on independent projects.
