- Systems engineering support: Manage programs from end to end, including Readiness, Configuration Management, integrated master schedule, systems analysis, and future studies.
- Acquisition support: Assist government COTRs in managing development contracts effectively.
- Mission operations roles: Integrate new capabilities into operations and lead response teams during anomalies.
- Security support: Ensure IT systems comply with the agency's IT Security policy (ICD-503).
- Estimate personnel needs and assign work.
- Determine project specifications and schedules.
- Control project plan, costs, and progress.
- Prepare project status reports and provide technical leadership.
- TS/SCI clearance with Poly maintenance.
- 5-7 Years BS, 3-5 Years MS, 0-2 Years PhD.

Program Roles and Responsibilities:
Join a program that provides Systems Engineering Technical Advisor (SETA) and Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) services to an IC customer focused on assured space communications and IT infrastructure support. The program encompasses systems engineering, acquisition, mission operations, and security support.
Specific Position Responsibilities:
As the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) developer, collaborate with program leads to establish and maintain schedule standards, integrate plans, and publish in alignment with the Schedule Management Plan. The role involves utilizing MS Project for critical path analysis and schedule adjustments.
Supervise functional activities, make employment decisions, develop project objectives, and maintain project schedules while adhering to technical/operational guidelines.
