We are currently looking for:
Service Advisor for Two-Wheeler (m/f/d) in Dachau. We are seeking a Service Advisor for Two-Wheeler (m/f/d) to work at a two-wheeler workshop including sales. The position is long-term and includes the option of permanent employment. The location in Dachau is easily accessible by public transportation as well as by car.


Your responsibilities:
Welcoming and assisting customers in the service area. Recording customer inquiries and creating cost estimates. Coordinating workshop appointments and tasks. Selling accessories and spare parts. Advising customers on repair and maintenance work as well as warranty issues.


Our requirements:
Completed training in the automotive sector or equivalent qualification. Experience in customer service and sales of services. Enthusiasm for Honda motorcycles and technical understanding. Friendly demeanor and communication skills. Organizational talent and flexibility.
