The HR Generalist/People Operations Manager collaborates cross-functionally to ensure service delivery that optimizes business results and contributes to a positive employee life cycle experience.

This role is responsible for the development, execution, and operation of People Operations service strategy supporting the end-to-end life cycle of an employee while connecting with the lines of business for continuous improvement.

This role will drive initiatives to improve and ensure a best-in-class employee experience.

Supporting the building and sustaining of the technical infrastructure while contributing to projects and responding to business-leader needs is essential.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Owning the creation, documentation, and management of the endtoend employee lifecycle processes including new hire processing, onboarding and integration, employee relations, exits, compensation and benefits.
  • Identifying and actioning opportunities for automation, and for manager and employee selfservice wherever possible
  • Interacting with line managers and employees on general People related matters
  • Collaborating with key partners, including internal HR, to ensure appropriate internal controls and relevant internal audits are in place
  • Collaborating with and providing support to the People Team Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Talent, Total Rewards as a key, contributing team member.
  • Interfacing with Finance on crossover processes and initiatives.
  • Developing clear service level standards that define expectations and create accountability for delivering enhanced value through People Operations
  • Partnering to build dashboards & reporting to enable transparency and access to information and metrics that inform People and business leaders
  • Actively participating in task completion to foster a customer service focus and culture throughout the organization.
  • Ensuring timely, accurate, and valueadded responses to inbound inquiries and requests with a focus on exceptional service to employees, People team colleagues, and the business.
  • Providing leadership and build organizational capability within the People team, sharing knowledge and information in collaboration with them to develop others.
  • Planning, organizing and coordinating People projects and initiatives; execute on them timely and thoroughly
  • Partnering with vendors and ensure good service delivery and accountability of the services provided to the team.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the HR field; BS or BA degree with an emphasis in HR or Business _preferred._
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Demonstrated strong technical skills
  • Working knowledge and understanding of HR regulation/employment law, principles, policies, and procedures
  • Comfortable managing multiple inputs across a growing team; excellent collaboration skills.
