Description

We are looking for a nursing professional (m/f/d) for our location in Suhl, Thuringia. As part of our team in the healthcare and social sector, you will be working in the field of elderly care.

Responsibilities:

Performing nursing measures to maintain and promote the independence and quality of life of our patients
Planning, implementing, and documenting nursing measures while considering individual needs
Ensuring proper medical care and supporting therapeutic measures
Communicating with family members, doctors, and other professionals in an interdisciplinary team
Complying with hygiene regulations and implementing quality standards

Requirements:

Completed training as a certified geriatric nurse or equivalent qualification
Experience in inpatient elderly care is desirable
Ability to work independently and strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and empathy
Willingness to work shifts and weekends
