Description

The apprenticeship as a Retail Salesperson takes place at Held in the Held Flagship Store in Sonthofen. However, as with all other apprenticeships in the company, you will also get to know the other business locations and go through various stations that are relevant for the apprenticeship.

In your apprenticeship, the focus is on providing expert advice and selling motorcycle clothing and accessories. You will learn all the steps from receiving goods (labeling merchandise) to product presentation and store design, as well as handling complaints and repairs. Business processes such as cash management and working with the merchandise management system (MMS) form the organizational framework.
