Job Description: Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team in the Monrovia, California area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals improve their quality of life through occupational therapy interventions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve clients' functional abilities.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide prehensive care and achieve optimal patient outes.
Document patient progress and municate effectively with colleagues, patients, and caregivers.

Requirements for Occupational Therapist (OT):

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program pletion.
Valid California state license or eligibility for licensure.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Prior experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred.

Requirements for Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA):

pletion of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) program.
Current certification as a COTA by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
Valid California state license or eligibility for licensure as a COTA.
Demonstrated proficiency in implementing occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Excellent munication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Prior experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred.
