    Job Description: Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team in the Monrovia, California area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals improve their quality of life through occupational therapy interventions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
    • Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve clients' functional abilities.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
    • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, and caregivers.

    Requirements for Occupational Therapist (OT):

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program completion.
    • Valid California state license or eligibility for licensure.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Prior experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred.

    Requirements for Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA):

    • Completion of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) program.
    • Current certification as a COTA by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
    • Valid California state license or eligibility for licensure as a COTA.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in implementing occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
    • Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
    • Prior experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred.
