C2 Vehicles (Formerly known as CCE Golf Cars), is the largest golf cart distributor in the U.S., is looking for a Field Service Coordinator who would enjoy being part of a team environment at our company headquarters in Wareham, MA.

C2 Vehicles has five branches and our territory covers six states in the New England area.


Main functions of this position would be answering customer phone calls, directing the customer to the appropriate department, logging work orders, communicating with service technicians and other departments, and scheduling field service.

Daily Responsibilities Include:


  • Handling a high volume of customer calls, (including internal) in an accurate, timely and courteous manner.
  • Creating work orders, scheduling service appointments, communicating effectively with customers, and accurately completing Customer Inquiry Forms.
  • Scrutinizes service calendar and service map routing to maximize service tech efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Filing work orders, battery test sheets, and other servicerelated documents.
  • Invoices work orders daily.

Overall Responsibilities:


  • Performs support functions for customers (internal and external) inquiries.
  • Adheres to applicable company operational procedures and policies in conducting all activities.
  • Communicates scheduling with customers, documenting all communication on the calendar event.
  • Ensures service techs are arriving at their service stops per the service schedule.
  • Scheduling field service for specific C2 locations.
  • Interact and effectively communicate with Service, Parts, and Sales Departments.
  • Invoicing service contracts per C2 service contract billing schedule.
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks as needed.

Qualities We are Looking For:


  • Exceptional interpersonal and phone skills a must
  • Experience with Salesforce Field Service a Plus
  • Good understanding of parts/warehouse operations preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook.
  • Demonstrated ability to keep neat, accurate, and complete records and logs.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow established policies and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of logistics and transportation preferred.
  • Embraces being part of a team to provide exceptional customer service.

Desired Education and Experience:


  • High school diploma, at minimum.
  • 3+years experience in transportation, logistics or service environment preferred.
  • Working knowledge of New England geographies and map functions.
  • Ownership of responsibilities and ability to solve problems independently is a must.
  • Above average computer skills required, and Enterprise software experience preferred.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No nights
