    Description

    VIRELLA is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, someone with a genuine drive and clear objectives. With a rich history spanning over a century, we stand at the forefront of our industry. In this role, you will immerse yourself in our proven processes, catering to the needs of our existing 2,000 business clients while fostering connections to attract new clients through referrals and leads. Additionally, you'll be entrusted with leading a small team through these same responsibilities and challenges.

    As you become proficient in honing the necessary skills within our systems and procedures, you will progressively transition into the esteemed role of Agency Director. We offer a competitive weekly compensation ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 as an average for the first year.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base.
    • Explore new business prospects, specifically in a B2B capacity.
    • Supervise and drive team performance and outcomes.
    • Educate and mentor new team members on established systems.
    • Provide daily reports on field operations utilizing a Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership cultivation.

    • Proven track record of effective time management and meeting deadlines.
    • Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.

    • Passion for assisting individuals and nurturing professional relationships.
    • Outstanding time management and organizational proficiencies.
    • Prior experience in sales or customer service.
    • Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.
    • Community involvement inclination.
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce expertise preferred).

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
    • Clean background check and personal transport.
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression.
